Christmas & Annabelle's Birthday

We had a very Merry Christmas! We went up to the cabin and did Christmas morning with Mom & Dad Searle; played in the snow and went sledding and skiing. We had a blast! Then we celebrated Christmas with Mom & Dad Richmond. The girls acted out the nativity this year and it was super cute and funny.

We cut down a Christmas Tree!

sledding races, Annabelle loves going fast!

I just love this picture, they were both so gentle with the "baby" and gave Him kisses, it was just a blanket wrapped up.

Grammy Searle made the girls these hats! so Cute!

Isn't it amazing that she put a snowflake on them!

Lily loved the snow mobile

Christmas Jammies at Grammy & Papa Richmonds

We stayed at their house on saturday night and went to church together for Taylor's baby blessing. This is the girls in their Christmas Dresses

opening presents after church...Annabelle's Tinkerbell Dress!

Lily playing doctor

After Christmas we have a week to recover before Annabelle's Birthday! She is 4 now! I can't believe it! We were planning an Elsa party, but she decided she wanted a Tinkerbell party after she got a Tinkerbell dress for Christmas. So we had a Pirate Fairy Party from the Tinkerbell movie. We lost the blue pixie dust and had to get it back by sword fighting a pirate, walking a plank, and sorting the pixie dust to their correct colors, topped it off by making magic fairy bottles then we opened presents and had cake! It was super fun and the kids loved it! Lily was confused about the gifts because she just had Christmas but Annabelle generously let Lily help her open presents.

Annabelle has loved this horse! She loves that the hat has a "Crown" on it :) she has even shared the horse with Lily

The cake I made for Annabelle with the help of Mom Searle and Cindy!

It was a hit :)

Merry Christmas!

We want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas! We are so blessed! I am so thankful for my husband, this week I got the flu and he is so amazing! He took care of everything I needed and he played with the girls, took them to church, fed them, and put them to bed all by himself. They loved having Daddy time. I'm thankful for my girls, they are so contagiously happy! They were concerned for me and Annabelle kept sneaking in toys for me to play with while I was sick. I love watching them play together, they are already such good friends, I hope they keep that connection. I'm thankful to have a baby on the way :) I'm thankful for family and that everyone loves each other so much, what a blessing it is to have our parents, siblings, aunts, uncles, and grandparents in our lives! We are thankful for our friends, it's amazing to have friends that treat you like family and help whenever you have a need. I'm grateful for this Christmas season, I'm grateful for the knowledge of the birth of our Savior and the plan of Salvation! Love this time of year!

Below I did a photo shoot with the girls, trying to copy something off of pinterest, it didn't turn our quite like I wanted because my lens doesn't blur enough in the background, but they turned out cute still.

Decorated the Christmas Tree! This was our first real tree!

Annabelle with her flower girl box from Sierra, she carries it everywhere!

New Christmas Jammies, they are so adorable

Annabelle's Christmas Concert

Lily loves it when Brock pretends to be a puppy. She has him follow her around and she pets him and feeds him, its so adorable.

We went to see Santa and his Reindeer!

Of course lily's favorite part was the reindeer

Annabelle was so excited to tell Santa what she wanted for Christmas but got choked up at the last minute

Lily subbed for Annabelle during her last soccer game and was so excited to play and get treats, After her game she went to the wrong team to get treats, they thought she was so cute and gave her treats anyway, then she got treats from her team, so there was plenty to share with Annabelle.

Here are the girls all dressed up to go trick or treating! Harley is Merida, and Annabelle is Elsa, Lily is Anna, I seriously think Harley's wig is so awesome her mom Alicia made it for her.

Brock is dressed up as Christophe, this is a trunk or treat, the girls caught on really quick and Annabelle did a good job of saying TRICK OR TREAT! at every car.

Here we are as a frozen family, Elsa, Olaf, Christophe, and Anna

From Brave: Merida and her mom

Annabelle is now doing soccer! This is her team.

She's been doing soccer for a couple weeks now.

Isnt she beautiful! Soccer has been an experience :) Every week they have half an hour of practice and half hour of a game.
Annabelle loved the practice part and did so good kicking the ball, she also did really well with her coach and wasn't scared. She was really enjoying herself until the game, than it became total chaos so i dont blame her. Little 3 & 4 year olds were running everywhere, there was even a point where the 2 other teams playing on the opposite field collided with our field and kids were everywhere! It was hilarious. Annabelle said she didnt like soccer anymore, she said the kids took her ball and wouldnt give it back :) As you can see we still needed to learn a little more about soccer. She came out and didnt want to go back out, I was thinking well we paid for this and cant get a refund so we took off her jersey and put it on lily who was dying to go out there. Lily took off and chased the other kids, it looked kind of like a beehive moving around with lily at the end haha. The coach stopped the ball and let lily kick it. She was so excited and came running towards us saying I KICKED THE BALL! While lily was playing I wont lie I was bribing Annbelle with the treat they would be giving out. I told her only kids that play soccer get a treat...She perked right up and said I get a treat if I play?! Yes indeed :) She went back out like a champ. She did really good last week and keeping up and was faster than all the other kids, she even was about to kick the ball but picked it up, she likes to set it up perfectly in front of her feet before she kicks it haha. Anyway we're not in this to create a world famous soccer player in fact the only reason we did soccer was so she could burn some energy and run around in the winter. So we're all having a good time with it.
